Relax In Our Luxury Ensuite Bedrooms
Below are brief descriptions of our rooms, all are en-suite, with colour TV's, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, alarm clock, wine glasses and a corkscrew.
A ground floor double room with an ensuite bathroom, the room has a high ceiling, beautiful coving and large sash windows which let the sunshine in. Ideal for the less mobile guest.
A cosy twin room with antique furniture. The lavender room is peaceful and relaxing.
A spacious double room to the front of the house with stunning views towards Middleham, famous for its horse racing connections.

A comfortable room ideal for a family with a double and two single beds, (a z-bed and a cot is also available) with its patchwork quilts and new pine furniture it is cosy and welcoming. A baby alarm is available if parents want to relax in the residents lounge while the children sleep.

A spacious room with a double and a single bed. This room is on the top floor in the corner of the house, with spectacular views over Wensleydale. With antique pine furniture it is cosy and yet spacious.
A room full of character with a king size brass bed, luxury bedding and antique furniture. A definite must for the couple looking for romance. For a special occasion we can put chocolates and bubbly in your room if it is ordered in advance.
A double room with views over St Matthews Church and Leyburn Market Place. The room has recently been refurbished and has a mixture of old and new which gives a warm and welcoming feel.
